The Forgotten"Out in the middle of nowhere, I stumbled upon this cave that nobody seemed to know about. It was all lit up and glowing, practically begging me to check it out. The tunnel inside twisted and turned, pulling me deeper into the dark, like an underground maze.
As I ventured on, the cave got fancier with crystals all over the place. Shiny rocks covered the walls, making everything look like a scene from a fantasy novel I had read about back home in Warrenfall. The air in the caverns felt old, and the whole thing had a mysterious feel to it, like I was stepping into a forgotten world. I wasn't alone for long, though. Out of nowhere, these creatures showed up. They were like a gang of grumpy guards, with sharp claws and not-so-friendly looks that compelled me to make a run for it, but the twists and turns of the maze got me all tangled up. Stuck there, with the creatures on my tail, I figured hiding was my best bet. So, I hunkered down in the shadows and watched them from a distance. While they had long, curved claws that could probably do some damage, they also had these thin, almost delicate and dexterous hands. On their backs, they had wing-like fins that they folded and unfolded at will. They reminded me of the frills of the lizards in Thedale. As I followed and observed from makeshift hideouts, I realized these creatures weren't just angry monsters. They had their own thing going on with a complex social setup. They communicated in a strange, musical language that echoed through the crystal tunnels. Between bouts of goofing around, I saw them pull off sly moves and give each other crafty looks. Turns out, they were pros at stealing stuff – whether it was swiping shiny things from their own buddies or doing secret raids on nearby clans. I didn't gather the thievery to be mean spirited; instead it seemed they had a hard go of it, and this was the way they survived in their underground world. I noticed resources were scarce for them, and they had to be smart about getting what they needed. Each of them played a part in the clan's hustle for survival, even if it meant grabbing small things on the sly. Watching them work, I couldn't help but be impressed by their cleverness. The same creatures that chased me before were now pulling off this sneaky survival dance, finding the balance between stealing and sticking together as they tried to make it in the crystal cave's depths." -- Explorer Note ##, found in The Beneath, written by an Unknown Explorer |

Clan Trivia |
The outcasts dwell in the furthest reaches of the cavern system, isolated from other clans by a vast expanse of uncharted territory. The barren landscape is devoid of any significant flora, and only small pockets of water can be found in scattered rivers and puddles.
The rugged terrain, riddled with countless stalactites and stalagmites, presents a constant challenge to these free-spirited individuals. However, they have learned to adapt, using the stalagmites as pillars to construct flat, level surfaces, far from the pointed ground. The caverns are dimly illuminated, with the only light sources being the crystals that grow under the flowing water and within the walls. Their shelters are often built from pilfered materials, scavenged from other clans and remnants of their past lives. |
